Above countries’ applicants (Table n# III )are required to fulfill the below terms as well to obtain a visa to enter Lebanon:

A two way traveling ticket that is non-refundable.
-
A hotel reservation or a private residential address complete and clear with a telephone number.
-
A cash amount equivalent to the sum of two thousand US Dollars ($ 2000.00) or an authenticate cheque of the same value from a recognized bank.

Other rules and regulations and special countries conditions

-Applicants of the above stated countries should apply for touristic visa in order to obtain a one month renewable visa.
-*Iraqi businessmen and citizens, are required to comply to the following conditions to obtain their visa at the Rafic Hariri International Airport:
- A two way traveling ticket that is non-refundable.
- A hotel reservation or a private residential address complete and clear with a telephone number.
- A cash amount equivalent to the sum of two thousand US Dollars ($ 2000.00) or a authenticate cheque of the same value from a recognized bank.
-All diplomats are granted a free entrance visa at the airport and frontier departments for the period of six months and for several renewable traveling trips.
-All citizens of other countries that are not mentioned above are not granted a visa and are banned from entering Lebanon. Such applicants should apply for a visa at the Lebanese embassy in their relevant country and obtain an approval form from INEGMA the organizing company to confirm their visit to Lebanon is for attending SMES. A visa fee equivalent to $ 34.00 (50,000 LL) is applicable as well.

INEGMA is ready to supply any exhibitor and attendee with a letter confirming his/ her attendance to the Security Middle East Show – SMES 2011 for visa issuing reasons upon request.
